Good questions, straight answers
Do I need an ERP or accounting system?
No. You can keep your records in Kentora: customers, products, sales, payments and stock, in a spreadsheet-style view you can download to Excel at any time. If you already use Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Odoo or Business Central, connect it instead.
Will the agents message my customers without asking me?
Not until you say so. Every agent that talks to customers starts in preview: you approve each message on the web or by replying on WhatsApp. When you are happy, switch it to live, and it follows your rules, your schedule and your quiet hours.
Does Kentora change anything in my accounting system?
No. The launch agents only read your data and send messages. Kentora is not an accounting or tax system: it never issues tax invoices or files returns.
Which WhatsApp number do my customers see?
Yours. You connect your business number through Meta’s official sign-up. Kentora’s own number is only used to talk to you and your team.
How is AI billed?
Separately from the agents, from prepaid credit. You choose a model tier per agent (Economy, Standard or Premium), set a monthly cap, and we warn you at 80%. You see the cost of every answer.
Can I leave and take my data?
Yes. Download everything at any time. If you close your account you have 60 days to download, then we delete your database, your files and the key that encrypts them.
