Meta bills its fees to you
When agents message your customers from your own business number, Meta charges its per-message fees directly to the card on your WhatsApp account. Messages to you on Kentora’s number are included.

What is in Kentora Core?
The Assistant, the Owner Brief, Kentora Records (your records in a spreadsheet-style view with Excel download) and one connected system. It is free, with a US$5 AI welcome credit so you can try everything.
Why is AI billed separately?
So you stay in control of the cost. A business that only wants the morning brief on the Economy tier pays a few cents a month; a busy collections agent on Standard pays more. You see the cost of every answer in Settings → AI.
What happens when my AI credit runs out?
Agents pause their AI work and tell you. Nothing is sent half-finished. Top up, or raise your monthly cap, and they carry on.
Do prices include tax?
Prices shown exclude local taxes. Your invoice adds VAT, GST or sales tax where it applies.
Can I change or cancel an agent?
Yes, any time, from the agent store. Cancelling stops the agent at the end of the month you have paid for. Your data stays.
